Over the 64 years Disneyland has been around the parks have always entertained us, many changes have been made to make the parks better, once again there have been big changes to the park rules.
Michael Colglazier, President of Disney Parks, has made the decision to ban smoking, strollers, and ice. There will be size restrictions on strollers (for safety reasons), strollers must be no larger than 31″ wide and 52″ long, wagons ARE NOT allowed. Strollers that meet these restrictions are sold at local retailers.
Another restriction that they are putting into place is smoking, there is no smoking in any part of the park, there will be no designated areas in the whole park, but don’t worry you can still get that craving out of the way before entering the park. There are smoking areas just outside the entrances of the parks, also if you have hotel or dinner reservations there are also designated smoking areas in the Disney Resort hotels.
As we love to bring coolers with us to keep things cold there is one thing that is prohibited that is loose or dry ice. What they mean by loose ice is ice cubes. But ice packs are permitted.
Although these seem a little drastic we have to help make the parks “The happiest place on Earth”.
